What it looks like

## The change that used to take an afternoon

You type

Update the opening hours on all six location pages.

1. 1Finds the hours text on all six pages, whichever builder each one uses
2. 2Edits six copies, never the live pages
3. 3Puts six previews in the approval queue under Respira

What you get

You approve them together or leave them. Undo stays available for 90 days on every one.

This is a real exchange from the homepage demo, replayed from the live plugin, not a mock-up.

What twenty sites cost you today
- The same edit, twenty times, in twenty admin panels
- A junior who either cannot be trusted with live sites or has to be
- Divi on five, Elementor on eight, blocks on the rest, and a different habit for each
- Developer hours spent on copy changes

What changes
- One instruction across the portfolio, whatever each site runs
- Every write lands on a copy and waits in a queue you control
- Snapshots on every site, 90 days, one click to restore
- Developers back on the work only developers can do

What you get

## Everything on this page ships today.

### Site switching

One connection, every client site. The agent changes site the way you change tabs.

### Approvals as a boundary

A junior or a VA can ask for anything. Nothing reaches a live client site until someone approves it.

### Client-ready receipts

Activity reports per site, so the invoice line has something behind it.

### Cost per client

Earn tracks the real AI cost of every call, per site and per tool, on every plan.

### Murmur

Send a client a link, they point at the thing they want changed, the note arrives with the page and element attached.

### Any builder

19 builders in their own format, so an inherited site is not a rebuild.

**Earn**

## Bill a job that used to take eight hours and now takes thirty minutes.

Every agency doing this work is guessing at the new price. Earn sits in the dashboard on every plan and records what each tool call actually cost, per site, per tool, per client, so the quote comes from a number.

- Cost rolled up by domain, so one client is one figure
- Which operations actually move the bill, rather than which felt slow
- Metadata only: no prompts, no arguments, no site content

**Murmur**

## Client feedback, pinned to the thing they mean.

Send a link. They point at the element and say what is wrong. The note arrives with the page and the element attached, so nobody is decoding "the button on the third section, maybe" three days later.

- No WordPress login for the person leaving the note
- Notes carry the page and the element, not a description of them
- Apply one on a copy, resolve it, and keep the snapshot that undoes it

Straight answers

## The questions people actually ask

Can my team use it without me losing control of client sites?

That is the default. Writes land on duplicates and wait in an approval queue. Somebody has to approve before anything reaches a live page, and site memory can refuse writes on pages you mark as off limits.

Our clients are on different page builders. Does that matter?

No. Respira writes 19 builders in their own native format, so the same instruction works on a Divi site and an Elementor site without you rephrasing it.

How do we bill for this?

Earn is in the dashboard on every plan. It records the AI cost of every tool call and rolls it up per site, per tool and per client, so a quote comes from a number rather than a guess.

What about more than 250 sites?

Write to word@respira.press and ask. Volume licensing is a conversation, not a form.

## Not quite you?

Earn

## Bill what AI cost. Per client, per site, per tool.

Every AI agency in 2026 is guessing at this. Earn lives inside the Respira dashboard on every plan. It tracks the real AI cost of every tool call across every client site you run, so you can charge from knowledge instead of fear.

Per site

Cost rolls up by domain. One client, one number. [Multi-site](https://www.respira.press/blog/connect-multiple-wordpress-sites) agencies see the whole portfolio in one view.

Per tool

See which operations actually move the bill: bulk metadata sweeps, image audits, accessibility passes.

Privacy hard line

Metadata only. No prompts, no tool args, no tool results, no WP content. Opt out entirely with one env var.
