# Write what you want. Track what happens. I shipped… > It's live on Product Hunt. If you try it, tell me what's missing. Source: https://www.respira.press/blog/itworksnow-is-live-on-product-hunt --- Something I've been building quietly is ready. This started as a personal tool. Now it's public. **itworks.now is on Product Hunt.** If you have 30 seconds, I'd love a comment or upvote: Here's the idea. The short version: A 28-page book published in 1926 sold over **1.5 million copies** with a simple instruction: > Write what you want. > Read it three times a day. > Watch what happens. I've been practicing this since 2019\. Pen on paper. Not perfectly, not every single day, but consistently enough to notice something important. There was never a place for **evidence**. Did it actually happen? How long did it take? What patterns keep repeating? Where am I fooling myself? So I wrote *“build an It Works tracking app”* on my list. **32 days later, itworks.now became the evidence.** --- ### Why this works (beyond belief) Most of our lives run on **subconscious micro-decisions**. Thousands of them, every day: - what you notice - who you reach out to - which ideas feel “obvious” - what you postpone - what suddenly feels possible The It Works / Neville Goddard method isn't magic. It's **instruction**. Writing what you want - clearly, repeatedly - brings conscious intent into a system that normally runs on autopilot. Over time, those micro-decisions start aligning *without effort*. But belief alone isn't enough. Without feedback, you're guessing. This app exists to make the feedback visible. --- ### What it does → **The List** \- your intentions, written clearly → **The Money Map** \- income logged when it actually arrives → **Activity Rings** \- daily / weekly / monthly momentum (Apple Fitness, but for money) → **Intelligence** \- track predictions, spot blind spots, learn from patterns Paper journal meets digital proof. No hustle theatre. No manifestation woo. Just clarity, consistency, and evidence. --- ### Privacy (this matters) This is deeply personal data - so it's built that way. - All data is **scoped at user level** - Database tables are **isolated per user** - Sensitive fields are **encrypted** - **Nobody** (including me) can see your intentions, money, or notes Your inner work stays yours. --- ### How much work went into this (roughly) This has been a true solo, AI-augmented build: - **40%** product & system design (flows, logic, concepts) - **30%** engineering (auth, database, tracking logic, PWA) - **20%** UX, copy, and video (landing, demo, onboarding) - **10%** thinking, testing, and dogfooding the practice itself Built in focused sprints, nights, and weekends - not a team, not an agency. --- ### Tech stack (for the curious) - **SvelteKit** \- fast, clean, no bloat front-end - **Supabase** \- auth, Postgres, row-level security - **Vercel** \- deployment & edge performance - **Resend** \- magic-link emails - **Remotion** \- code-based video for the demo - Designed, coded, shipped as a **PWA-first app** Simple, modern, and intentionally boring where it should be. If anything I've built or shared before has been useful - Respira, the thinking, the tools - this is one of those moments where **small actions matter a lot**. **How to help (that's it):** **itworks.now is now live on Product Hunt.** If you have 30 seconds: 1. 2. Leave a comment - what resonates, what's missing, honest feedback 3. Share it with one person who: - tracks goals - earns variable income - or believes mindset shapes outcomes That's all. --- ### Why this matters Product Hunt can put this in front of thousands of people who need clarity - but only if we show up together on day one. I'm not asking for fake enthusiasm. Just attention, honesty, and feedback. The app is free to use. Premium unlock all history and it comes on annual plan. There's a **Product Hunt promo code:** `PRODUCTHUNT` for 50% off Premium. --- **Launch date:** February 4th 12:00 AM PST - voting counts first 24h w Thank you for being here. For reading.
