## About this skill

First-run primer for AI coding tools. Verifies MCP connectivity, discovers site architecture (theme, builders, plugins, content types), maps all available capabilities, and produces a site briefing.

**Read-only by default.** Any write operation creates a duplicate first, so the original page stays intact and you have an undo handle. All execution runs through Respira's MCP server with your existing credentials.

Confirms MCP is live, authenticated, and communicating with your WordPress site before doing anything else.
