bring your team. pay only for the months they work.
hi,
Respira has been a team of one per account since launch. as of today, it isn't.
teams is live on every paid plan. invite your people by email, set each person's access right on the invite (admin, editor or read-only, enforced at the site, not just in the interface), scope members to exactly the sites that are theirs with SitePacks, and hand clients a free seat that shows them only their own sites. every change lands in the ActivityLog with the name of the person who made it. and when someone leaves, you remove them and only their access dies. your site connections stay untouched.
the pricing is the part i'm proudest of, so here it is in full:
you and your first member are free forever, on every plan. after that, members are €5/mo and extra admins €10/mo, and a seat only bills in months it's actually used. a seat is active in a month when that person ran at least one agent command or made at least one change through the team. that is the whole test. logins and looking around don't count. quiet months are €0. and if you never explicitly turn billing on, nothing ever bills: seats pause, nobody gets deleted, one click resumes.
a seat that sat idle in march shouldn't show up on march's invoice. so it doesn't.
right now, every paid plan gets unlimited seats free for 30 days, and the clock starts when you send your first invite, not today. so there's no hurry, and inviting costs nothing until someone accepts.
it's free, and so is the second seat. if anything about the billing ever feels wrong, reply to this email and i'll fix it. that's the whole support policy.
