30 days from each person’s activation.
The free period starts when the invited person activates their account. An invitation does not start it. After that, a seat costs €10 for a month in which that person views, edits or administers the workspace. An unused seat costs nothing. Changing permissions never changes the price.
Studio’s included seat can have any permission. Founder seats remain free. Your owner account is always included.

A client reviewing a page can use an expiring Murmur link to view and comment without a team seat. If they need a Respira account, invite them as a normal seat.

How does the 7-day free trial work?+
Maker only. 1 site, no credit card, all features unlocked. After day 7 you pick a plan or walk away with everything you built still yours. Builder and Studio bill immediately, but every paid plan carries a 14-day no-questions refund.
How does the 30-day team trial work?+
Builder and Agency allow unlimited invitations at €10 per active seat per month. Studio includes one additional seat; Founder includes unlimited seats. Each person gets 30 free days from activation. Maker and legacy Starter have no Teams. An unused seat is free, and paid billing requires the owner’s payment setup.
What counts as an "active" seat?+
Viewing, editing or administration counts as monthly use. A seat with no use costs nothing. The free period starts on that person’s activation, not on the invitation.
Can my whole team work on the same sites?+
Yes. Seats share the plan’s site pool. Every member’s actions land in the shared ActivityLog with their name on them, and scopes control who can write where.
Can I add WooCommerce to my plan later?+
Yes. WooCommerce is a €95/year add-on on Maker and Builder · attach or remove it any time from the Polar portal. On Studio it’s included free.
What add-ons are coming?+
White label is live today: your studio’s brand on the plugin and client reports, €200/year for up to 3 sites or €500/year for every site on your plan. Forms (build and debug your existing form plugins) and SEO/AEO + Optimizer (structured data, answer-engine readiness, scheduled optimization runs) are rolling out; Multi-language (works with the popular translation plugins, or takes your site multilingual with no plugin via a translation playbook) is planned. Existing subscribers get first access; pricing for the unreleased ones is announced at launch, never applied retroactively.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel later?+
Any time, from the Polar customer portal. Upgrades are prorated, downgrades apply at the next cycle, and cancelling keeps everything you built. Respira writes into your WordPress site, not a proprietary format.
What’s the refund policy?+
14 days on every paid plan and every add-on, no questions asked. Founder lifetime licenses are final sale, which is why they’re reserved through a conversation first.
I’m on the old LemonSqueezy plan. What happens?+
Nothing changes. Your plan, price and renewal date carry over exactly as they are; billing simply moves to Polar at your next renewal. No action needed, no price change.
What if I need more than 250 sites?+
Talk to me. Above 250 sites I set up a custom Studio arrangement with the same per-site economics and the same tooling. It’s a conversation, not an enterprise sales funnel.
Do you train AI on my site content?+
No. Respira trains nothing. Your content stays on your server, and your own AI reads it only when you ask it to, over the MCP connection you control.
How does WordPress Multisite count?+
By subsite: each subsite you connect uses one site slot, on every plan. A whole client network fits on any plan with enough sites.
Do I need to be a developer to use Respira?+
No. If you can describe a change in plain English you can use Respira with Claude or ChatGPT. Developers get extras (CLI, SDK, playbooks) but they are optional.
