White label
the control panel you always wanted in your clients' sites, wearing your name
respira does the work. your brand takes the credit.
every agency has wished for this at least once: open a client's wp-admin and find your own product there, not a vendor's. white label makes it real. the menu carries your studio's name, the control panel your logo and accent, the help links your support address. your clients see the studio they hired, not the tool it runs on.
display-only and fully reversible. switch it off and stock Respira returns instantly.
What your clients see
five surfaces, one brand: yours
the rebrand covers every place a client could meet the product. no half measures, no leftover logos.
-
the menu is yours
the Respira entry in the wp-admin sidebar becomes your studio's name and your icon. the menu reads like your own product, because to your client it is.
-
the control panel carries your name
the plugin's screens inside wp-admin show your studio name and your accent color. when your client looks at how their site is managed, what they see is your product.
-
support goes to you
every help link points at your support email, not mine. clients reach the studio they already trust, and you decide what reaches me.
-
the plugins list stays quiet
nothing named Respira appears in the installed plugins list. the entry carries your studio's details instead.
-
nothing on the front end
no badge, no generator tag, no credit line. the public site your client shows the world carries no Respira trace at all.
it becomes your product. you set the price.
agencies do not buy white label for vanity. they buy it because a branded control panel is something a client will pay for, month after month.
the moment the panel carries your name, it belongs on your rate card. put it inside your care plan. build a retainer around it. call it your studio's site assistant and price it like the product it now is. your clients already trust you; this gives that trust a surface they can click.
your cost is flat: €200 a year for up to 3 branded sites, €500 for your whole portfolio. what you charge on top is your business, and i built it so there is plenty of room on top.
Brand kit
one kit, every site
the brand kit lives in your dashboard and is set once. every white-labeled site carries it identically, so ten client sites feel like one product line, not ten configurations.
per site it is a single switch. white label on, white label off. nothing else to maintain.
- studio name
- the name your clients see everywhere
- logo
- square mark, shown in menu and header
- support email
- where every help link points
- accent color
- one color, carried through the panel
Built to be trusted
a rebrand that never touches the machinery
your clients' sites are your reputation. the white label layer is built so it can never put that at risk.
display-only, fully reversible
the rebrand changes what people see, never what runs. no renamed files, no forked code, no altered slug. switch it off and stock Respira is back, byte for byte.
the safety net keeps working
snapshots, duplicate-first edits and one-click rollback behave exactly as before, on every branded site.
updates keep arriving
white label never renames the plugin folder or slug, and that is exactly what the updater binds to. every release i ship reaches your branded sites on the same day it reaches everyone else, security fixes included. turn on auto-updates and your clients never see an update screen at all.
an escape hatch is built in
define RESPIRA_DISABLE_WHITE_LABEL in wp-config.php and stock branding returns instantly on that site. no dashboard, no sync, no waiting.
synced, so it can never drift
the kit rides the heartbeat from respira.press. change your logo once and every site picks it up on its next sync. no stale brands in the field.
Fair pricing
two tiers, no counting games
up to 3 sites
€200/year
white label on up to three connected sites. right for a studio testing the water or a boutique with a few retained clients.
set up your brand kitall your sites
€500/year launch price :)
white label on every site in your workspace, present and future. one price, and the counting stops mattering.
set up your brand kitthe promise underneath the price: if you are on the small tier and enable a fourth site, your client work never blocks. you get a grace window and an honest note asking you to upgrade, not a locked screen. and if you are on the big tier but only ever use a few sites, i will notice and offer you the smaller one myself. pricing should feel like a receipt, not a trap.

both tiers start from the brand kit page in your dashboard.
questions
do plugin updates still reach white-labeled sites?
Yes, on the same day as everyone else. The rebrand is display-only and never touches the plugin folder or slug that the updater binds to, so every release, including security fixes, ships to branded sites exactly like unbranded ones. With auto-updates on, your clients never even see an update screen.
does white label change the plugin slug or folder?
No. The rebrand is display-only. The slug, the folder and the update channel stay stock, which is exactly why updates, snapshots and support keep working as before.
what do clients see if they inspect the plugins list?
Nothing named Respira in the list. The entry carries your studio's name and details. The code on disk stays GPL-honest: anyone reading the source will find the original headers, because hiding those would be a lie i am not willing to ship.
can different sites carry different brands?
One kit per workspace today. Every white-labeled site carries the same studio name, logo, support email and accent. Per-client kits are on the list if enough studios ask for them.
what happens if i stop paying?
Branding reverts to stock on the next sync. Nothing breaks, nothing is deleted, no site goes down. The assistant keeps working, it goes back to being called Respira.
can i charge my clients for it?
Yes, that is the point. Your clients see your studio's tool, so a care plan or a monthly retainer built around it is yours to price. Respira stays the quiet engine underneath.
what exactly goes in the brand kit?
Four things: studio name, logo, support email and accent color. Set once in your dashboard, carried identically by every white-labeled site, kept in sync from respira.press.
