White Label: your studio's name on every client site

Your studio's name, logo, accent and support address on the plugin your clients open in wp-admin. Respira disappears from the plugins list and the front end. Display-only, fully reversible, from €200 a year.

every agency has imagined this at least once: a client opens wp-admin and finds your studio's product there, not a vendor's. that is a real thing you can have today. white label puts your name, your logo, your accent color and your support address on every surface of the Respira plugin your clients see, and the word Respira stops appearing anywhere in their admin.

what it does, today

you set a brand kit once in your respira.press dashboard: studio name, logo, support email, support link, accent color. every white-labeled site carries it identically, and per site it is a single switch. flip it on and five things change at once:

  • the wp-admin menu entry becomes your studio's name and icon.
  • the control panel header carries your name and your accent.
  • every help link points at your support email or your support site.
  • nothing named Respira appears in the installed plugins list.
  • the public site keeps no Respira trace at all: no badge, no generator tag.

it is display-only and fully reversible. the plugin's folder, slug and update channel stay stock, which is exactly why updates keep arriving on release day, snapshots and rollback keep working, and a single constant in wp-config restores stock branding instantly if you ever need it. change your logo once in the dashboard and every branded site picks it up on its next sync.

Two rebranded dashboard shells glowing in the dark, each carrying its own accent ring where the studio logo sits
one product underneath, a different studio's brand on each install.

why this is worth money to a studio

the moment the panel carries your name, it belongs on your rate card. put it inside your care plan, build a retainer around it, call it your studio's site assistant and price it like the product it now is. your cost stays flat: €200 a year for up to 3 branded sites, or €500 a year for every site on your plan, at launch pricing. what you charge on top is your business.

the fair rules from the rest of Respira apply here too. a fourth site on the small tier never blocks your client work: you get a grace window and an honest upgrade note instead. and if you are paying for all sites while using three or fewer, i will offer you the smaller tier myself.

what is coming for early adopters

the people who put their brand on Respira this early are shaping where it goes. this is what is already on the bench:

  • choose which pages your clients see. the brand kit grows per-screen control: reports on, playbooks off, whatever fits how your studio works. the machinery shipped this week already hides Respira's own story pages on branded installs; your controls are the next step.
  • your own page inside their admin. one studio-authored screen in the panel: your help page, your onboarding note, your offer. their site, your product, your words.
  • client reports under your brand. the monthly activity report goes out carrying your kit, ready to forward to the client who pays you.
  • the accent goes deeper. today your color carries the header; next it carries the whole panel.

if you run client sites and any of this is the thing you have been waiting for, the white label page has the full picture, and your brand kit is where it starts. it takes about two minutes to set up, and the first thing your next client sees is your name.
