Client feedback on the WordPress page, now with photos

A Murmur note left on a phone: the client's words, the device line reading phone, 390 by 664, Safari on iOS, an attached photo and a small picture of the pinned spot.

Murmur notes
now carry photos.
Murmur is a link to your WordPress page that a client opens with no login, to leave notes on the page itself. Since Respira for WordPress 9.2.5, on the Studio and Founder plans, a note can carry pictures as well as words.
  • Photos with the note. Your client attaches up to three photos to a note, from the files on a computer or straight from the camera on a phone. The review bar also takes a picture of the spot they pinned, with any form fields left empty, and every note records the device it was left on.
  • A done receipt. When the note is resolved, your client opens it and sees what was changed, in your words or your agent's, and the spot before and after.
  • Pictures that stay on the site. The photos stay on the WordPress site the note is about, never on respira.press, re-saved there to remove the camera's location. Agents see them when they read the note, so they work from what your client showed as well as what they wrote.

This comes with Studio and Founder. If your plan has Murmur today, as Builder does, it keeps working exactly as it does now, and its notes arrive in a new inbox in your dashboard: each site a sender, each page a subject.
