A wp-admin sidebar with the menu entry reading YOUR AGENCY, beside a brass stamp pressing a seal into handmade paper

your clients see your studio, and you can quote the jobs you used to turn down

you are getting this because you run several sites through Respira, which usually means some of them are not yours.

most AI tools for WordPress sell you time saved. that is half the job. if you make your living from WordPress, the tool should also change what you are able to sell.

what is in your account now makes one loop: win the work, do it in hours instead of weeks, prove it, bill it, and put your name on all of it.

first, what you could sell

the site refresh. a client rebrands, or their site has drifted five years out of date. every page needs to move to the new colours, type and spacing, and the WooCommerce templates with them.

that is a job most studios quietly stopped quoting. two weeks of careful, boring, easy-to-get-wrong work, priced either too high for the client to accept or too low for you to want it.

you now write the direction once, apply it across the whole site, and the agent does the pass with snapshots underneath the whole time. it becomes fixed scope: something you can price with confidence, deliver in hours, and hand over with receipts. same money, a fraction of the days, and the client gets a consistent site instead of a slow trickle of fixes.

the same shape works for the other jobs that were never worth quoting: a WooCommerce catalogue that needs every product page brought into line, an accessibility pass, a migration tidy-up. anything that was too repetitive to price honestly is now a fixed quote.

second, your name on it

white label is live. your client opens wp-admin and finds your studio's product sitting there, not a vendor's. you set your brand once in your dashboard: studio name, logo, support address, accent colour. then it is one switch per site, and five things change at once.

the wp-admin menu entry becomes your studio's name and icon
the control panel header carries your name and your accent
every help link points at your support address, not mine
nothing named Respira appears in the installed plugins list
the public site keeps no trace at all: no badge, no generator tag

it is display-only and fully reversible. the plugin folder, slug and update channel stay stock, which is exactly why updates still land on release day, snapshots and rollback still work, and one line in wp-config puts stock branding back if you ever need it.

the price

€200 a year for up to 3 sites branded at once

€500 a year for every site in your workspace, present and future

the small tier counts sites you have branded, not sites you own, so three of your forty is a perfectly normal way to start. and to be plain: white label is an add-on. it rebrands the Respira already running on your sites, so it needs your current plan underneath it and sits on top of that plan rather than replacing it.

set up your white label

about two minutes. or read the full page first.

third, the three that make it work

none of the above is a promise about the future. these three are in your account today, and most people have not found them yet.

art direction does the refresh

one written direction per site: colours, type, spacing, tone. it lives in your dashboard instead of a PDF nobody opens, it is enforced while the agent builds, and it is verified against the rendered page afterwards. bring the tokens in from Figma, a CSS file, Tailwind or Claude Design, and take them out again whenever you want.

the earn calculator gives you the margin

your AI spend broken down per client, per project, per tool, with a forecast and a trend. then a multiplier on top, because raw token cost is not the price. the multiplier is your time, your tools, your judgement, your warranty on the work, and your margin.

it answers the question every retainer conversation stalls on: what does this client actually cost me, and what should i be charging.

activity reports justify the invoice

built inside the plugin from that site's own audit log and snapshots. every change, when it happened, what it touched, with time-saved estimates baselined per tool. tools without a baseline get left out rather than guessed at, which is why the number survives a client reading it closely.

this is the attachment for the month a client asks what they are paying for. under white label it goes out carrying your brand.

where white label goes next

choose which screens your clients see. reports on, playbooks off, whatever fits how you work.
your own page inside their admin. your help text, your onboarding note, your offer.
activity reports under your brand. the monthly proof of work carrying your kit, ready to forward to whoever pays you.
the accent goes deeper. today your colour carries the header. next it carries the whole panel.

the loop i keep sketching

your client emails a request. it arrives in your dashboard as a job rather than another thing in your inbox. you read it and approve it. an agent does the work on their site, snapshots underneath the whole time. when it finishes you review what changed, and nothing reaches the client until you say so. once you approve, the report goes out under your brand and the invoice goes out from your Stripe.

you stay the studio. you approve twice, at the start and at the end. the agent does the middle, and your name is on all of it.

no dates promised. that is the direction, the Stripe question is the first real step toward it, and how the request arrives is still open: in the plugin, by email, or however you already take work.

what going early actually does

it decides what i build next, and how fast. i build this alone, so the list above gets built in the order that studios actually paying for white label need it, because that is the only signal worth anything. go early and you are the person i ask.

and it holds your price. €500 for every site is a launch price and i expect to raise it as that list gets built. if you are on it before then, you stay on it. no countdown, no deadline in this email. it is just how i intend to treat the people who went first.

put your name on it

on the Stripe question: just reply. yes, no, or the reason it would not fit how you bill. one line is genuinely useful and it comes straight to me.

thank you for running your client work on something i built. it is the whole reason this exists.

P.S. one question i would like a real answer to. would you connect your own Stripe and bill your clients through it, so the branded panel generates your care plans, subscriptions and invoices inside your own account? just reply with yes, no, or why it would not fit how you bill. one line is plenty.
