List this site's own skills: standing instructions its owner (or a past session, at the owner's request) wrote for agents working here. Returns name, description, enabled, source and updated for each; bodies come from respira_get_skill. The enabled ones also arrive in respira_get_site_context under site_skills, so call this when you need the disabled ones or a fresh list.

What it changes
Nothing. It only reads, so there is nothing to approve and nothing to undo.
Availability
Plugin 9.1.0 and MCP server 8.4.0. On the site's own MCP endpoint the tool is respira_wordpress_list_skills; over REST it is GET /respira/v1/skills.
Notes
- A draft skill is listed but stays out of the site context until it is published
- Skills are edited by the owner under Respira > AI Skills in wp-admin
