What Respira skills are, and where to find all 37

A skill is a saved, step-by-step recipe your AI follows to do one WordPress job safely. There are 37 today, free on every plan. Here is what they do and every place you can browse and run them.

Respira for WordPress lets you talk to an AI assistant, like Claude or ChatGPT, and have it edit your live WordPress site for you. Skills are how you point that assistant at one specific job and trust it to do the whole thing the same careful way every time. there are 37 of them today, they are free on every plan, and this post is what they are and where you can find them.

What a skill actually is

A skill is a short written playbook your AI reads before it starts a job. Plain text, nothing for you to install or code. It tells the assistant the steps, the order, the safety rules, and what a good result looks like. The difference between asking an AI to "migrate my page to Bricks" cold, and handing it a skill, is the difference between improvisation and a recipe that has been run hundreds of times.

Every skill that touches your site builds the same safety in: take a snapshot before any change, work on a draft instead of the live page where it can, edit the exact element rather than rewriting the whole page, and leave you a one-step way back if you do not like the result. you are never trading speed for safety. the skill holds both.

What is in the library today

37 skills, grouped by the job they do:

  • 19 migrations and conversions. Sixteen move a whole site from one page builder to another: Elementor to Bricks, Divi to Gutenberg, Oxygen to Breakdance, WPBakery to Bricks, Beaver to Gutenberg, and the rest of the common pairs. The other three turn raw HTML into a real builder page, turn a Figma frame into an editable Elementor page, and export your content so it is portable.
  • Six audits. Site DNA, technical debt, conversion friction, and more. Each one reads the site and hands you a prioritized list of what to fix, not a redesign.
  • Three performance skills. SEO and answer-engine optimization, full image optimization, and a mobile experience report backed by real Core Web Vitals.
  • The rest cover workflow, site intelligence, onboarding, reporting, and content. Setup and connection help is in here too, so the first skill you run can be the one that gets you connected.

The paywall in Respira lives in builders, tools, and site limits. It has never lived in skills. Every skill in the library is free to use on every plan.

Where to find them

Five places, depending on how you like to work.

  1. Browse them on the web. The full library is at respira.press/skills. Read what each skill does, see the steps, and copy the phrase that triggers it.
  2. Inside the plugin. Open your WordPress admin and the Respira Skills screen lists the whole catalog. The catalog ships with the plugin, so it renders even on a site behind a firewall.
  3. In Claude Cowork. The Respira plugin for Claude Cowork bundles every skill, so Claude has them the moment you connect a site. No extra step.
  4. From any connected AI client. Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and ChatGPT through MCP. once your site is connected, the assistant can pull a skill and run it against your site.
  5. Open on GitHub. The catalog is public at respira-press/agent-skills-wordpress. read every skill in the open, or open a pull request if you want to improve one.

How to run one

You do not memorize anything. you say what you want in plain English and the matching skill wakes up. "migrate this Elementor page to Bricks." "audit my site for accessibility." "optimize every image on the site." the assistant recognizes the job, loads the skill, shows you the plan, and waits for your go-ahead before it changes anything.

What just changed

i just refreshed a large batch of skills to match how much the plugin has grown over the past months. they now take a snapshot before any change, edit the exact element instead of rewriting the whole page, and measure real numbers like Core Web Vitals instead of guessing. the newest addition is figma to elementor, which reads a Figma frame and rebuilds it as an editable Elementor page on your site, on a safe draft.

The library grows most weeks. The best way to see what fits your site is to open respira.press/skills and read a few. then connect your site, tell your assistant what you want, and let the skill do the careful part.
