HTML to Breakdance
Got HTML from a Webflow or Framer export and a Breakdance site to put it in? Convert it into real EssentialElements nodes, bound to your Breakdance Variables, with every raw-HTML fallback named rather than hidden.
About this skill
Convert raw HTML/CSS into native Breakdance elements in _breakdance_data. Emits fully qualified EssentialElements types so nothing gets skip-rendered, binds colors, typography and spacing to Breakdance Variables, and reports every CodeBlock fallback instead of hiding it.
Read-only by default. Migrations duplicate every page before any change so the original stays intact and you have an undo handle. All execution runs through Respira's MCP server with your existing credentials.
What it does
4 capabilities run in one pass — each one focused on a single failure mode.
Breakdance-native conversion
Output is a tree of fully qualified EssentialElements types written into _breakdance_data. Lowercase generic types persist and then skip-render, so the skill checks every emitted type against the builder's own catalog before writing.
Variables instead of value copies
Raw hex colors, font sizes and spacing map onto registered Breakdance Variables, so changing a variable later moves the converted page with it.
Honest about the fallbacks
Forms and tables become CodeBlock, which is raw HTML in a box. The skill counts them and names the source elements rather than letting them pass as native conversion.
Meta-storage aware
Breakdance keeps the page in post meta, not post content, so the skill checks a duplicate's baseline snapshot is non-empty before converting into it, and never appends onto an empty extract.
