Hi,
Mihai here. Late night in Brasov. Kids asleep.
March was the biggest month in Respira's life. I want to tell you what happened and what changes today.
The number: 100.
Between October and this week, 100 people purchased a Respira launch license. All 100 seats are now claimed.
Some of you bought Starter at €19 for a year. Some bought Agency at €199. A few bought both. Some stacked multiple licenses to cover more sites. One person asked for a 500-site license before we even had a tier for it.
You did this when the product had rough edges. When site switching had a bug that wrote to the wrong site. When Elementor crashed on certain layouts. When the approval interface was confusing.
Some of you asked for refunds. We gave every one, no questions, within hours. And then we published the bugs you found, named the fixes after your feedback, and shipped better versions because of what you told us.
One refund became our best release.
That's not a failure story. That's how a product should grow.
If you were one of those 100 people: your first name is now on a Thank You page. You'll find it inside the WordPress plugin and in the Respira dashboard. Small gesture, quietly listed.
Your launch license is fully grandfathered. Same price, same terms, nothing changes for you.
Thank you. From the bottom of my heart.

What I shipped in March.
This was a month of depth, not breadth. Instead of adding features, I made the existing ones dramatically better.
Respira 5.0 Haven
The flagship release. Consolidated Approvals and Snapshots into a single Changes page. Browse all versions of any page, preview before reverting, pin important versions, approve duplicates with clear separation. The approval workflow went from confusing to elegant.
Elemental 5.2 — 65 new tools in one release
Surgical element-level editing: change one heading without downloading the entire page. Declarative page creation: build a complete page from one structured call. Per-builder intelligence modules for all 11 builders. This was the release that made Respira feel like a different product.

Bricks Deep Intelligence (5.4) — 20 dedicated Bricks tools
Cross-site element search finds any heading, image, or button across your entire site in one call. Page health diagnostics catch broken references before they become visible bugs. Automatic.css integration brings your design framework into the AI workflow. Optimistic locking prevents concurrent edits from overwriting each other.

Elementor deep intelligence
Crash-safe inject that handles malformed metadata, nested container support, admin_label mapping, dot-notation paths. Fixed the silent data loss bug in Elementor patches that was discarding changes instead of applying them. Cyrillic, Arabic, and CJK text no longer corrupts during edit cycles.
Beaver Builder native editing
Was falling back to raw HTML injection for everything. Rewrote the handler to convert Beaver's flat node-map to a tree structure, edit individual modules correctly, and convert back. Native editing instead of HTML workarounds.
Skills Marketplace — 88 AI skills
Browsable and installable with one click from the plugin dashboard. Auto-syncs from GitHub daily. Category-colored cards. Skills include WordPress Site DNA (8-module site audit), Technical Debt Analyzer, WooCommerce Health Check, Mobile Experience Report, Content Portability, Internal Link Builder, SEO Amplifier, and more.
The Refund Release (4.2.0)
Compact MCP responses that cut token usage by 60–70%. Smart duplicate reuse instead of creating new copies every time. Dashboard-generated install flow. Three features born from one honest email.
More shipped
- WooCommerce approvals fixed — product duplicates no longer leak titles, IDs stay stable, bulk approve for high-volume workflows
- Divi 5 Unicode fix — Cyrillic, Arabic, CJK characters no longer corrupt during edits
- Angie browser bridge — Respira works inside Elementor's Angie AI with zero setup
- Slug editing via AI — change page and post URLs through your AI assistant
- Content Portability skill — export WordPress content to portable local packages with auto-backup

- Breakdance support — builder number 11
- IT For Prof case study — 90-minute AI pipeline vs 8–12 hours manual
- Homepage rebuilt — 23 sections down to 15 with live telemetry dashboard
172 MCP tools total. Up from 106 at the start of the month. Skills auto-sync from GitHub daily so the marketplace stays fresh without manual updates.
What changes today.
New pricing is live.
Three subscription tiers, powered by Polar:
Maker — 1 site
€9/month, €71/year. 7-day free trial. Everything you build during the trial is yours to keep.
Builder — 5 or 10 sites
For freelancers managing a portfolio. Same features as Maker, plus multi-site tools: SiteSwitch, MigrationKit, Skills Library.
Studio — 25 to 250 sites
For agencies. Everything in Builder plus WooCommerce included, SitePacks, WordPress Multisite support, AccessScan for WCAG compliance.
Every feature is available on every plan. The tiers differ by number of sites, nothing else.
Founder — 5 seats available worldwide
€5,001, once. This isn’t a license purchase. It’s a seat at the table. Unlimited sites, unlimited edits, every add-on we ship, forever. Private Slack channel. Monthly calls where you shape what gets built next. Your name on the Founding Members page. For the cost of a weekend conference, you get permanent influence over a product that will serve your business for years.
14-day refund on all plans, no questions asked.

Why the pricing works the way it does.
I thought about this for a long time. There’s a concept from Adlerian psychology called Gemeinschaftsgefühl — loosely translated as “community feeling through contribution.” The idea is that belonging comes from what you give, not what you consume.
That’s the design principle behind everything about Respira’s pricing.
Every feature is available on every plan. There are no locked capabilities, no “upgrade to unlock SEO tools” gates. If you’re on Maker at €9/month, you get the same 172 tools as someone on Studio at €309/year. The tiers reflect how many sites you manage, not how much value you’re allowed to access.
The prices are €9, not €8.99. €71, not €69. €5,001, not €4,999. Respira marketing :)
The Skills Marketplace is where this philosophy shows up most clearly. 88 AI workflows, free to install, open-source on GitHub, auto-syncing daily. Audits, migrations, accessibility fixes, SEO optimization — all community-built, all freely shared. The marketplace isn’t a revenue center. It’s infrastructure for contribution. You use a skill, you improve it, you share your own. The value compounds because everyone adds to it.
This is how I want to build. Products where the community makes it better, not where the company extracts more from each user.
If that resonates, you’re in the right place.
What's coming next.
Flatsome UX Builder support (builder #12). Respira Lite for WordPress.org with Gutenberg and limited monthly edits. Elementor Pro add-on for advanced widgets and Theme Builder. Newsletter plugin add-on. An SDK for theme and plugin developers. WPML and ACF abilities. Content migration automation between builders.
On the horizon: a community skills marketplace where you contribute workflows, team collaboration, API governance dashboard, and Respira CLI.

One more thing.
I build Respira with Claude Code during late nights in Brasov. Solo founder. No investors. No team yet. Just stubbornness, a good AI partner, and now 100 people who proved the idea was worth pursuing.
If something breaks, if you need help, if you have an idea — reply to this email. I read every one.
Thank you for being here.
